The blog looks fine. I think some UTAS badging and identification as University of Tasmania would be good too, as I have just done for this blog.
Another suggestion.
I see you are allocating labels to your posts, but have not added that page element on the right panel. Its easy to do in your Settings. This gives another good indexing/finding tools for your archived posts.
